A long-term discharge program may staff ease depression in people with Parkinson's disease, according to a new, minuscule study Dec 2013. The program included three one-hour cardiovascular and stubbornness training workouts a week.

Depression symptoms improved much more middle the patients in the 48-week league than among those in the 24-week group. The turn over was published online recently in the newspaper Parkinsonism andamp; Related Disorders.

More than half of Parkinson's patients have depression, Park distinguished in a university news release. "We second exercise to all of our Parkinson's patients. Currently, there is no consensus on a standardized actual exercise regimen with regard to type, frequency and intensity".

So "The hand-outs supports that any routine that improves earthly fitness is good for Parkinson's disease - and that can allow for walking, swimming, tai chi or even dancing. We just want patients to strike on a regular basis. Not only will they move better, but they will feeling better," Park explained in the news release herbal. Parkinson's disease, a revisionist neurodegenerative disorder, affects more than one million Americans.
