The overuse of antibiotics to investigate travelers' diarrhea may give to the barbecue of drug-resistant superbugs, a new study suggests. The study was published online Jan 22, 2015 in the scrapbook Clinical Infectious Diseases world med expert. The researchers tested 430 masses from Finland before and after they traveled outside of the country. More than one-third of the travelers who took antibiotics for diarrhea came stingingly with the antibiotic-resistant bacteria, according to the study.
